All services are tailored based on each client’s needs and scope of work agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are due prior to the start of any project unless otherwise agreed. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be clearly outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

3. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of purchase or deposit. After 3 days, no refunds will be issued.

Deposits are non-refundable after the 3-day period.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to any necessary content, tools, or platforms required to complete the agreed-upon services. Delays in communication or content delivery may impact project timelines.

5. Age Requirement

While our services are open to all, we prefer to work with clients aged

18 or older

, as minors cannot legally consent to service contracts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wiz Digital Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services or website. We make every effort to ensure your digital setup functions smoothly, but results may vary depending on external factors beyond our control (such as third-party platforms or algorithm changes).

7. Third-Party Tools

Some services may involve setting up or configuring third-party tools (e.g., MailerLite, MailChimp, ConvertKit, Systeme.io). Wiz Digital Media is not responsible for the uptime, reliability, or terms of those third-party services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
